Features: Hatchlings and juveniles have a bright pink or red plastron which fades to pale yellow-orange with age. There are also bright markings on the head of youngsters.

Size: Carapace size can reach upto 10 inches long

Herp Habitat: Aquatic setup with warm shallow water (5-8”), enough to allow the turtle to reach air to breathe but also to submerge itself, Land area with rocks.

Diet: Invertebrates and fish
